The exam is conducted for two categories TET I (class I-V) and TET II (class V- VIII)
There are a number of vacancies available in the Gujarat TET
The aspiring candidates can apply for various subjects like Science, Maths, Social Sciences, English, Hindi, Gujarati, etc
The Gujarat Teacher eligibility test is conducted by Gujarat State Examination Board (SEB). It recruits teachers across the Gujarat state for Government schools. Here we have provided all the details regarding the Gujarat TET.
Though the exam is going to be conducted offline, the candidates have to apply online only. Following are the steps to apply online for Gujarat TET:
Step 1: Visit the official website of SEB.
Step 2 : Go to the link of Application.
Step 3: Fill your details in the form. Don't forget to upload a scanned photograph and signature. You can use the Testbook Editing Tool to resize your photograph and signature.

The selection process of Gujarat TET consists of only 1 stage, i.e., clearing the offline test. After that selected candidates can join. The exam is conducted of 15o marks for both the Tests. TET I consists of topics on Child development & pedagogy, Language- I,II , Mathematics and Environmental Studies. TET II consists of topics on Child development & pedagogy, Language- I, II , Mathematics, Science, Social Science.
A Candidate needs to fulfill some eligibility criteria to appear for Gujarat TET. Below is the eligibility criteria for both the tests:
The exam pattern consists of multiple-choice questions in both the tests. The maximum marks of Gujarat TET is 150 marks.
